EduBB serves three main segments. Logistics fleets use it to control cost per kilometre, assign trips and consignments, and monitor fuel, tyres and maintenance. Travel and charter operators use it for trip planning, driver scheduling and per-vehicle profitability. Schools use it for live bus tracking, student boarding attendance and parent notifications.

Every active trip reports its position to the EduBB platform, so admins see the whole fleet on one live map and can follow any individual vehicle in real time. Trip start and end points, stops and route progress are recorded against each journey, giving you a complete history rather than just a current position.

Yes. You log every fill-up or EV charging session against a vehicle, and EduBB calculates mileage and running cost from that data. Combined with tyre and maintenance records, this produces a cost-per-kilometre figure per vehicle so you can spot under-performing trucks, fuel leakage on specific routes and vehicles that are no longer worth running.

Yes. Insurance, fitness certificates, permits and other vehicle documents are stored with their expiry dates, and EduBB also tracks FASTag activity and traffic challans. Keeping these in one place means expiries and pending fines surface before they become penalties or vehicles taken off the road.

Yes. The EduBB Driver App lets drivers log trips, work through their stops and pickups, receive schedule and route updates, and raise emergency alerts or report incidents from the road. It replaces paper trip sheets and gives the office live visibility of what is happening on each journey.

Yes. The passenger and parent app provides live tracking of the assigned vehicle, automatic notifications when a passenger boards or exits, alerts for delays and route changes, and access to past trip history. For school transport this removes most "where is the bus?" phone calls to the office.

EduBB reports on cost, profitability and utilisation across the fleet. You can see running cost and profitability per vehicle and per route, how well vehicles are utilised, and where fuel, tyre and maintenance spending is concentrated — the numbers needed to re-price routes or retire loss-making vehicles with confidence.

EduBB has a free plan covering basic functionality for a small fleet, plus paid plans billed per seat per month that add route optimisation, custom notifications, detailed reporting and dedicated support. Full details are on the pricing page, and the team can quote for larger fleets.

Access is role-based, so admins, drivers and customers each see only what is relevant to them, across both web and mobile. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. Full details are in the privacy policy.
