How does EduBB calculate cost per kilometre for a truck?
From what you log against that vehicle. Fill-ups give you consumption and spend, trip odometer readings give you distance, and maintenance, tyre and workshop entries make up the rest. Total cost divided by distance covered, per vehicle, per period. Two trucks running the same route can be put side by side.

Can I track trucks on multi-day interstate runs?
Yes. A trip stays open until the driver closes it, so a four-day run is one journey with its full route, stops and halts. It does not get chopped into four daily records. Position reporting continues the whole time the trip is running.

Does it handle interstate permits and FASTag?
It does. Permits, fitness certificates, insurance and pollution certificates are stored per vehicle with expiry dates, and you see what lapses in the coming weeks before it lapses. FASTag balance and toll transactions are tracked per vehicle, and so are challans raised against the registration number.

Do I need a GPS device fitted to every truck?
No. Trips report position from the driver app on the driver's phone, so you can start tracking the week you sign up. If you already have GPS units fitted, EduBB can take position from those instead.
