Twelve vehicles on hire means twelve sets of papers, twelve service histories and at least one argument a year about who paid for the last set of tyres. EduBB keeps all of it on one page per vehicle, so the history belongs to the vehicle and not to a folder and somebody's memory.
Between hires the questions are always the same three. Is it road-legal. Is anything pending on it. Did it earn more than it cost last quarter. Document expiry, challan lookup, FASTag activity and per-vehicle profitability answer all three off one screen.
Transporters fleets get
- Vehicle master with full service history
- Insurance, fitness and permit expiry alerts
- Traffic challan lookup per vehicle
- FASTag balance and toll transactions
Complete Vehicle Management in One Platform
One record per vehicle
Purchase details, papers, service history, tyres, fuel and every trip it has run. One page, no hunting.
Vehicle Service & Maintenance History
Service history
Due by date or by odometer, with the work done and what it cost. The workshop visit becomes something you booked.
Insurance, Fitness & Permit Expiry Alerts
Papers that do not lapse
Insurance, fitness, permit and pollution certificates with renewal dates, and a view of what runs out this month.
Challans and FASTag
Challans looked up against the registration number, with FASTag balance and toll transactions beside them.
Live Vehicle Tracking for Hired Vehicles
Live tracking on hire
Follow a vehicle while it is out. The trip history stays behind afterwards, which is handy when a customer queries a bill.
Vehicle Profitability & Running Cost Reports
Profit per vehicle
Revenue against running cost, vehicle by vehicle. Which ones to keep, which ones to sell before they cost you more.
Getting started
Four steps. Most fleets are tracking their first trips the same week they load their vehicles.
Build the vehicle master
Every vehicle with its papers, purchase details and history.
Set expiry alerts
Insurance, fitness and permits, each with a renewal date.
Track the hires
Trips run from the driver app and the office follows them live.
Review the numbers
Profitability and running cost per vehicle, exportable.
One operator had been arguing about two vehicles for years. The profitability report ended it in an afternoon: both were losing money, both went, and three hire rates were re-priced on the same evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we get asked most often by transporters operators.
-
Can I see every document that expires this month?
Yes. Insurance, fitness certificates, permits and pollution certificates sit on the vehicle record with their dates, and EduBB shows you what lapses in the period ahead. The renewal happens before the vehicle comes off the road, not after.
-
Does EduBB check traffic challans automatically?
Challans are tracked per vehicle and synced against the registration number, with documents attached. A pending fine turns up on the vehicle's own page, which is better than finding it in the middle of a renewal.
-
Is there a limit on how many vehicles I can add?
The free plan covers basic functionality for a small fleet. Paid plans are billed per seat per month and the top tier carries unlimited vehicles. Larger fleets are quoted directly, so talk to us if you are running a few hundred.
Running a different kind of fleet?
Same platform. What changes is which parts of it you end up living in.
See it running on your own fleet
A demo is a walk through the console with your vehicles, routes and drivers in mind, not a generic tour. Twenty minutes and you will know whether it fits the way you already work.
